FAQ

  • How many days do I have to return my package?
    You can make a return within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • How can I return an item?
    Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return and the condition of all items after you have received them from us. If you wish to return or exchange an item: Please send an email to info@mahiyogawear.com, stating the following information: Personal details, including name, address, and phone number Order number (see order receipt) Details of the item(s) you want to return or exchange, including name, colour, and size (see order receipt) If you wish to make an exchange, add details of the new size you would like (Within the EU) Reason for the return or exchange We will then confirm your return and send you the new size or color in case of an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us. They should be in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and be in their original packaging. You are also responsible for the state of the items during the return transport.
  • What happens if I receive a damaged item?
    You can contact our Customer Service team through our email - info@mahiyogawear.com within 14 days after receiving it. They will inform you on how to process the return. Be aware that they will ask you for some photos of the item. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
  • What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    If you have received the wrong item you can contact our Customer Service team through our email - info@mahiyogawear.com They will inform you how to process the return. Be aware that they will ask you for some pictures of the item, including the label inside the item, the tag attached to the item and the label on the bag.
  • Can I return a worn item?
    It is not possible to do so. We won’t be able to accept items that have been worn, or no longer have their tags or labels. If we receive such items, we will contact you by email to send them back to you.
  • Do I need to pay for the return?
    We do not cover return shipping costs. This is because we are a small company and cannot afford to offer free shipping and free return shipping at this time.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    We will give you a full refund using the same method you used to pay. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your own account. If you paid via bank transfer, please get in touch with us and provide your IBAN and BIC for the international bank transfer.
  • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
    This will depend on the carrier you choose, but normally it can take up to 10-15 business days to arrive and to be fully processed in our system. Do not be alarmed if it takes longer than this, as the time taken can vary with the number of requests our team is dealing with.
  • What if I pay in a different currency?
    We always refund orders to their full cost in euros. If you used a card with another currency, the amount you receive may be less or more than what you paid due to fluctuations in the exchange rate. As we cannot predict or control these changes, we do not reimburse losses. The same applies to bank conversion fees.
  • Which payments can I use to pay for my order?

  • How does the payment procedure work?
    At the checkout page, after adding your shipping information, you can continue the payment method. There you can choose which method you’d like to pay with to complete your order. For cards and Paypal payments, you will be charged directly after you complete your order. Should you choose to pay via bank transfer, please send us an email - info@mahiyogawear with the payment confirmation. To complete the payment, these are our bank details: Mahi Sarls Bank : BGL BNP Paribas IBAN: LU03 0030 3371 4305 0000 BIC : BGLLLULL Should you choose to pay via Paypal, this is our e-mail: info@mahiyogawear.com For both bank transfer and Paypal methods, please make sure you add your name and order number (#123456) in the subject of your transfer, so that we associate the payment with the corresponding order. This is especially important if the payment comes from a bank account with a different name. Your order will not be processed and shipped until we have confirmed the payment.
  • Is VAT included in the price of each product?
    For the EU, all displayed prices in our website include the respective VAT that may differ between countries. However, VAT is not included for the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the USA.
  • Are my bank details secure?
    We never keep any of your bank account details. Transactions on our website are handled by a secure payment platform so any payments you make on our site are completely secure.
  • What if I paid in a different currency?
    We always refund orders to their full cost in euros.   • How should I wash my Mahī clothes?
    Use cold water; Wash inside out; the garment is made of TENCEL™ Lyocell: hand washing is always the optimal method for this fabric; Put clothes in a bucket with water and soap (max. 5 min). Then, rinse it only with water. “Press” it against the bath to reduce the excess of water. If you are use a washing machine, use cold water (30° maximum!) and a slow program for delicate clothes; No machine dry: hang dry it; TENCEL™ Lyocell is considered a wrinkle-less material. But if they do appear, we recommend steaming for the safest finish; If you decide to iron the garment, hover over the item using the steam setting or press using a warm setting.
  • Will my Mahī clothes shrink after washing?
    We use high quality fabrics that need to be maintained with care. You can find the appropriate washing instructions and recommendations above; if followed, the shrinking should be none to minimal. However, it is normal for some garments to shrink a little during their first wash.
  • Can I wash at a lower temperature than recommended on the care label?
    The indicated temperature on the label is a maximum value. You can always wash at a lower temperature than recommended on the label, but never higher; as some fabrics could shrink or get damaged. Lower temperatures are also good for preserving dyed fabrics.
  • When can I expect my order?
    Delivery time is 1-10 working days in the EU and Northern Ireland, with the exception of Switzerland and Norway where delivery will take up to 14 days. Once you place your order, we aim to take care of your order within 24 hours. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Luxembourg.
  • Do I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?
    We are a company operating from within the EU. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any custom fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Mahī has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.
  • Where do you ship to?
    At the moment we only ship to European countries. If you live outside of Europe, we can arrange a delivery – and bring sustainable fashion to practitioners who live further afield. Please contact us for requests – info@mahiyogawear.com
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    You can change the address any time before the parcel is shipped. It’s possible to request the update by sending us an email – info@mahiyogawear.com
  • Which company is responsible for the delivery?
    From our warehouse in Luxembourg to the destination country, we ship with POST Luxembourg. When the parcel arrives in your country, the package is handed to the National Post.
